How long does a typical session last?
For physiotherapy, personal training, and recovery, sessions typically last between 60 to 90 minutes. Depending on your condition and goals, we may adjust the duration to best suit your needs.
Can Rival KL assist with insurance claims?
Yes, Rival KL is claimable under pay-and-claim insurance, but this applies only to physiotherapy sessions.
Do I need to book an appointment in advance, or can I walk in?
We recommend making an appointment, but you can also walk in. Just note that it depends on availability.
Are physiotherapy sessions available for children and elderly individuals?
Yes — you’re welcome to bring your child or elderly parent, as we specialize in pain relief and fitness solutions for all stages of life.
